Tomorrow, February 10th, the Chamber President will be at the Manchester-Shortsville Board of Education Meeting.  The plan is to cover new initiatives between the Chamber of Commerce Businesses and the school district and students.  Jane Kobos, from the District, Eric Isreal, from Exploring, and Jacob Weed, from the Chamber of Commerce met this month to discuss the possibility of bringing the Exploring porgram to Red Jacket students.  This would bring various career options to the students and pair them up with local businesses.  Another goal of this initiative is to let the students know there are many options for them locally and they don't have to look far to find great employers and career choices.

The School and Chamber will be looking for representatives from eight local businesses to participate in this program.  You can contact Jacob Weed or Jane Kobos for more information.
